My Journey

I started at Jio Platforms as a Delivery Coordinator managing integration testing—coordinating developers, testers, and leads across scrum calls. Within months, I was leading production support for operations teams, where I helped reduce ticket volume by ~70% through process streamlining.

That hands-on operations experience led me into BPMN process documentation using Avolution Abacus, then to collaborating with Solution Architects on enterprise architecture aligned to eTOM / TM Forum standards. Today, I own end-to-end delivery—from requirements through post-production support—with <3% budget variance across all programs.
